This work is a VR piece allowing for a simulated experience of a performer’s live performance. Focusing on special effects often used in large-scale live events and the interactivity between performers and audiences, interactions such as “feeling the heat from flames ignited in sync with the music” and “audiences singing chorus when the mic is pointed at them” have been implemented. In addition to these interactions, by using a real-space experience area corresponding to the size of the stage in VR, the aim was to create a sensation where one can feel as if “the real me” is performing live.
